InTalent was mandated by a large company operating in the field of telecommunications to implement a Talent Management System. Our client wanted to replace their time-consuming, manual processes, with a simpler, more efficient and transparent system.
To achieve this goal, our team first analyzed the existing processes together with the client. Next we identified which steps had to be integrated into the new system, and finally we made suggestions for improvement.
